For our multidisciplinary Innovations Department we are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer.
At the structural department you work together with 14 colleagues, mostly with a proven track record in the field.
In this inspiring environment, surrounded by dedicated results-oriented engineers and designers, there are numerous possibilities to develop yourself quickly.

Your role
As a Senior Project Manager you will manage the project successfully within planning and budget, and according contract achieving optimal financial results and maximum satisfaction of our clients.
You manage the complete project execution and you will manage the relationship with all internal and external stakeholders and monitor the consistency with the project plan. Depending on the case, you will be involved during the tender phase to give the right input and advise on optimisations and risks.
You will be the focal point of the project and the main contact towards the client. You will monitor all project requirements and changes and will be responsible for all contractual issues and commercial opportunities.
What else is required for the job?
- BSc or MSc degree in Aerospace, Civil, Maritime, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
- A minimum of 10 years’ offshore installation experience, preferably heavy lift or pipelay;
- A minimum of 3 years’ offshore industry project management position;
- Extensive experience working in multi-disciplinary teams;
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken;
- Excellent contractual, negotiation and people management skills;
- Good risk management and awareness skills.
